This blog was born out of a very personal place—my and my daughter’s journey through anxiety, depression, and therapy. We’ve been through the ups and downs, and along the way, we discovered that healing doesn’t always come in the form of a prescription. While pharmaceuticals have their place, we wanted to explore alternative ways to nurture our minds and spirits.
